Q How about the minimum order quantity?
A If you have brand and color design requirement, usually minimum order quantity will be 50 pieces. Anyway, we can talk about the minimum order quantity further.

Q Can you design my color and brand?
A Client color and brand are acceptable, currently we mainly doing OEM order for clients all over the world, besides, we can develop the battery powered welder & battery power station based on your requirement, that will be ODM service.

Q What about the delivery time?
A Delivery time is 35 days, maximum 45 days, we will confirm the delivery time when your are about to place order.

Q Payment terms?
A Payment terms will be TT 30% in advance, 70% balanced payment before order shipping.

Q What Certificates you have?
A We are BSCI, ISO 9001 approved company, also we got CE certificate for battery powered welder and battery power station, besides, we got more than 10 patents for welding and new energy products. If you have special certificate requirement, we can talk and apply the related certificate.

Q What is your warranty period? How does your warranty policy work?
A Warranty period is 12 months, during warranty period, if any spare part has problem, we will send spare parts via DHL/FEDEX, we will afford the spare parts cost and air freight cost. Each order we will also offer 1% spare parts free of charge.

A Battery cells we are using is ternary battery cells, supplier of battery cells are from CATL, CALB & GOTION, all them are supplying to EV car industry, main custom including BMW, VOLKSWANGON, TOYOTA, VOLVO and JAGUAR.
